2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store.
2.2. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, then you should not use our services.
2.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

1. Ordering & Account Registration

3.1. Customers may purchase products as a guest or by creating an account.
3.2. To open an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. Any activity conducted under your account will be your responsibility.

1. Pricing & Payment

4.1. All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment must be made at the time of order via the available payment methods on our website.
4.3. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices at the time of purchase will be honoured.

1. Shipping & Delivery

5.1. We offer free delivery for orders over £75 + VAT (available on qualifying orders within mainland UK). For orders under this amount, a delivery fee of £4.99 applies. Orders to non-mainland UK postcodes may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for specific rates and delivery times. Bespoke, made-to-order, non stock items and discontinued, second hand boxes may incur a delivery charge - this will be confirmed with the customer prior to the order being placed.
5.2. Orders placed before 2:30 PM on a working day will be processed for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day (available on qualifying orders within mainland UK). Bespoke, made-to-order, non stock items and discontinued, second hand boxes are not eligible for next day delivery. Delivery times will be discussed with the customer prior to the order being placed.
5.3. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
5.4. The delivery address provided must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

1. Returns & Refunds

6.1. Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
6.2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
6.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6.4. Customised and branded products are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. The same applied to second hand, discontinued boxes.

1. Cancellations

7.1. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, you must follow the return process outlined in section 6.
7.2. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days of approval.

8.2. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
