At HSL Packaging, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery to help keep your business moving.

Same-Day Dispatch

All orders placed by 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, using a next working day delivery service. Orders received after 2:30pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Schedule

 - Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday–Thursday: Delivered the next working day.
 - Orders placed before 2:30pm on Friday: Delivered the following Monday.
 - Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday: Dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
 - Weekends and Bank Holidays: Not considered working days.

Delivery Charges

 - FREE Next Working Day Delivery on all mainland UK orders over £75 (excluding VAT).
 - For orders under £75, a £4.99 + VAT charge applies for next working day courier delivery.

Couriers We Use

We partner with trusted couriers including Parcel Force, Yodel, and DX Freight, depending on the size and nature of your order.

Non-Mainland UK Deliveries

Please note that the following locations are considered outside mainland UK for courier purposes: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles.

Affected Postcodes Include:

All IV, All KW, PA20–PA78, KA27–KA28, PH4–PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT, and specific AB postcodes.

If you are located in any of these areas, please contact us to enquire about delivery costs.
Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, we are unable to dispatch larger items to destinations outside mainland UK.

VAT Information

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT (at 20%) will be added at checkout.

Returns & Damaged Goods, Unwanted Items

If you’re not satisfied with a stocked item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or credit. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

 - Please call our Customer Service team on 07460 836 041 for a returns authorisation before sending anything back.

 - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take care to ensure all products arrive in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away. We’ll arrange a collection and provide a refund, exchange, or credit at no extra cost to you.

Custom or Non-Stocked Items

Please note that bespoke, customised, or made-to-order items are not eligible for next day delivery. The same applies to discontinued, second hand cardboard boxes. Lead times and delivery dates for these products will be confirmed by our team before orders are placed.

In addition, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) may apply for custom, made-to-order items, discontinued and second hand boxes. These details will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer prior to order confirmation.

Please note: Non-stocked items, such as made to order bespoke products and discontinued boxes cannot be returned once the order has been confirmed.
